During our stay at Sezgin Boutique, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent location of the hotel. Just a short walk away from the city center, we had easy access to restaurants, shops, and key sites like Ephesus. The small village atmosphere gave a sense of tranquility amidst the bustling city. The room itself was clean and well-decorated, with a spacious bathroom and modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and fridge. The service provided by Deniz and Sezgin was top-notch, as they were friendly and professional hosts who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They provided valuable local knowledge, offering recommendations for restaurants and helping us plan our visits to Kusadasi and Ephesus. The hotel even arranged a stress-free transfer back to the airport at a reasonable price. our stay at Sezgin Boutique exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to future travelers.

The Hotel owners were very welcoming and hospitable. The room was quiet and clean. The included breakfast was plentiful, fresh and delicious. The Sezgin is located in a great location for day trips to numerous historic spots and it has a pool and the local port for just relaxing.
There is street parking, however, it is a steep hill street and not very wide. Drivers should just be aware in advance that the parking will be there, but require skill.

As the other people who have reviewed this hotel have stated, I can't say enough about the amazing staff at the Sezgin Hotel. They were welcoming and helpful from the time of our arrival to the time of our departure. Our room was wery large, we had a second floor corner room with two balconies. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very nice. It offered enough of a variety to suit anyone's palate. We had dinner bbq in the hotel garden restaurant our first night in kusadasi because we were too tired to venture out and it was very good. I honestly can't think of one negative thing to say about my experience at the sezgins. I would gladly recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family and would stay there again if I ever go back to kusadasi Turkey.

Located in the heart of town, the hotel is just a stone's throw away from the bustling streets and within walking distance to an alluring beach with crystal clear water - ideal for families. The service from the owners is outstanding, from providing a pick-up service to offering different languages options to help plan your trip. The breakfast is ample, prepared fresh every morning to start your day.
Some rooms are in need of an update due to being a bit outdated compared to the renovated ones mentioned online.

Staff is friendly, there is a swimming pool free to use, breakfast is excellent served in the garden, Internet's free on a computer at the reception, nice view from the room
Poor cleanliness of the room (bathroom), we got a room with beds separated though we booked a double room - but nevertheless the hotel is recommended

We ar very glad that booked at this place: spottless clean, very friendly, great view from the balcony, quiet, safe, very comfy beds and a bathroom I would be proud to have it at home, excellent breakfast and all of that for reasonable prices. Also the hotel stuff arranged a very good deal for a ephesus and pamukkale and daily boats tour you should do while you are in kusadasi. Easy to summarize: highly recommendable!

The owners (brothers) were very friendly and the location is perfect, just around the corner from the crowded centre.
The room we had was pretty small and not so clean, but we just stayed 1 night, so it was ok. It is a backpackerhostel, but the price is a bit high for budget travellers

The Sezgin Boutique Hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was ideal - situated on top of a hill, it provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere while still being within walking distance of all the major sites in the middle of town. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I particularly loved the nice bathrooms with functional amenities. The hotel's fantastic garden was a pleasant surprise, and the breakfast, which included fresh ingredients from their own garden, was absolutely delicious.
All was satisfactory, nothing to improve.

location in the city.
The room didn't correspond to the description and to the price payed (no fridge, no TV, no balcony). It was dirty (sheets maybe not changed, dirty toilets bowl, hair in the shower...), and there was an awful mouldy smell. The room was situated in a dark corridor (no light). The window was broken and it was impossible to open it. The employee didn't want to give us another room and was very aggressive and rude. He made us pay before letting us see the room and refused the CB paiement. The hostel was noisy at night. It's better to avoid this place.

Except for the very steep road its on, Sezgin is in the heart of the city and where everything is happening. The staff speak excellent English (and a few other languages from what I've gathered).
For what you get, which is the basic, place is rather pricey. Also trips to tourist attractions can be made much cheaper if you don't seek the help of hotel and use the stands you see in the streets. And, even though I had booked the room well in advance, and even though the sea view rooms were available (as I learned later), the receptionist refused to give us a sea view room (I assume it's because they could be used to draw in the walk-in travelers - which btw is a smarter idea as you'd get a better price)
